Cancelling with 48 hours' notice

• At least 48 hours before the appointment: no charge. Your deposit is refunded or kept as credit for a new booking, whichever you prefer.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: a cancellation fee applies. Part of your deposit is retained; the amount depends on the treatment and is shown to you when you book.

Why we ask for a deposit

When you book online, a small deposit secures your slot and is deducted from the price of the treatment on the day. If you cancel inside the 48-hour window, part of that deposit is retained as the cancellation fee and the remaining balance, if any, is refunded to you.

Rescheduling

Moving your appointment

You can move your appointment to another day or time. Please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fee. The easiest way is to message us on WhatsApp with your name and the date of your booking.

Exceptions

Unforeseen circumstances

Exceptions may be considered case by case in genuinely extenuating circumstances. Talk to us: we would rather find a solution than apply a fee.
